Santa Paula City Council is proud to present the Cities Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) report. Over the past few years, our social justice ad hoc committee has been reviewing policies and practices within the City, in order to create an equitable community for all. 

The committee was tasked with conducting several listening sessions to engage with residents, and receive feedback on topics like policing, quality of life, safety, housing, and access to information.
