The purpose of the Committee is to review and report to the public and the City Council on the revenue in the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, the request for use of these funds by affordable housing development organizations, or other uses, and will provide recommendations to City Council on the allocation of the funds.
Qualifications
One member who is a resident of an affordable housing development.
Three residents at-large
A resident of the City, unless the appointee is the one non-resident member with qualified experience in the area of affordable housing finance and development and whose membership is approved by a resolution of the City Council (SPMC 12.04)
Not a public employee
Must submit an annual statement of financial disclosure in compliance with the Political Reform Act, Government Code 81000 est seq.
